Tasting Note

In color, the wine is dark red. Its aroma expresses green pepper, dried fruits, and delicate notes of tobacco and smoke given by the oak aging. On the palate, its varietal strength is expressed. Its tannins are soft, velvety and sweet, revealing a tireless dedication from the vineyard to the bottle.

Product Notes

Pulenta Estate III Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional red wine from Argentina’s Mendoza region. It is crafted from the finest handpicked grapes, meticulously fermented and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. The resulting wine is a deep ruby color with aromas of dark chocolate, black cherries, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and an excellent balance of acidity. The flavors are rich and complex, with notes of dark fruits, tobacco, and spices. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Overall, Pulenta Estate III Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb wine that showcases the elegance and power of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape.

About the Winery

Pulenta Estate

The past of Pulenta Estate remains closely related to the history of its founders’ immigration to Argentina. The Pulenta family was originally residents of Italy who moved to Argentina in the initial years of the 20th century. There, they adopted the practices and methods of Argentine viticulture and continued to practice and implement them for four generations. The establishment and birth of the Pulenta Estate came into the picture in 2002 when Hugo and Eduardo Pulenta, the children of Antonio Pulenta, worked to set a winery.
