Product Notes

The John Duval Plexus Barossa Marsanne/Roussanne/Viognier is a blended white wine that combines the best qualities of three distinct grape varietals. The Marsanne contributes a nutty, floral aroma and adds richness to the flavor profile, while the Roussanne gives the wine a fruity, peachy character with hints of honey. Viognier adds a touch of apricot and a zesty acidity that balances the wine's sweetness. Together, these varietals create a beautifully layered and complex wine that is both aromatic and flavorful. The wine has a light golden color and a remarkable balance of flavors, with a long, smooth finish that makes it an excellent pairing for a wide range of dishes.

About the Winery

John Duval

Located in the Barossa Valley of Australia, John Duval Wines was established in 2003. John Duval, the founder, had rich experience in the field of winemaking as he had spent close to three decades with one of Australia’s most reputed wineries, Penfolds. The Duval family also managed quite a few high-quality vineyards. They had supplied Shiraz grapes to Penfolds, even before John quit that company to launch his own wine label in 2003.
