Tasting Note

The wine is jam packed with Barossa Shiraz flavours....plums, black fruits and warm spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and 5 spice. There’s a touch of mid palate sweetness, some mocha and black olive and the soft tannins are integrated seamlessly through the mid palate. The subtle use of oak allows the rich dark fruit to take center stage. A wonderful fruit driven expression of Barossa Valley Shiraz and outstanding value too.

This wine is named after its revered vineyard, the Riebke family, who have been the stewards of this land for over 100 years. This wine has a deep red color and a complex aroma of dark berries, plums, and spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry, and pepper. The tannins are firm yet silky, and the finish is long and satisfying. This wine is a true reflection of the Barossa Valley's terroir and the winemaker's dedication to producing exceptional Shiraz wine.
