Product Notes

Heartland Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold and full-bodied wine that truly captures the heart and essence of South Australia. This wine is crafted from meticulously handpicked grapes, sourced from the finest vineyards in Langhorne Creek and Limestone Coast regions. The wine is matured in oak barrels for 14 to 24 months, giving it a beautiful blend of fruit and oak flavors. Heartland Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark red color and aromas of plum, blackberry, and a subtle hint of tobacco. The palate is vibrant and powerful, with a perfect balance of tannins and acidity, leading to a long finish. This wine is perfect for pairing with red meat and bold cheeses. Overall, Heartland Cabernet Sauvignon is a true embodiment of the Australian wine tradition.

About the Winery

Heartland

It wasn’t until the late 1990s that the world came to know about the extremely high quality of grapes grown in some of the lesser-explored regions of South Australia, especially Langhorne Creek. It took the efforts of expert winemaker Ben Glaetzer to explore this region and understand it's potential to create tasty handcrafted wine.
