Tasting Note

The wine is pale yellow with a youthful green hue. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus, peach and white flowers with a hint of lifted spice. The finely-structured, lemon-tinged Semillon supports the soft floral aromatics of Muscat and the delicate spice of Gewürztraminer. The Pinot Gris provides texture and mouthfeel to the mid-palate and the finish is crisp and fresh.

Product Notes

Peter Lehmann Layers Adelaide White is an excellent wine that is a blend of Pinot Gris, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, and Semillon. A light straw color with green hues, it offers a combination of tropical and citrus fruits on the nose with a hint of spice and floral aromatics. It offers a balanced palate that is crisp and refreshing with zesty acidity and a long-lasting finish. It is an ideal wine that complements several seafood dishes, creamy pasta, and spicy Thai cuisine. Peter Lehmann Layers Adelaide White is perfect for a lazy afternoon or a dinner party with friends. It is a delicious wine that showcases the best of Barossa Valley.
