Product Notes

Valdivieso Single Vineyard Wild Fermented Sauvignon Blanc is a deliciously complex white wine that truly delivers on flavor and body. Made from hand-picked grapes sourced from a single vineyard in the Casablanca Valley in Chile, this wine undergoes a wild fermentation process to create a unique and impressive taste. The nose is bright and clean with notes of grapefruit and citrus, while the palate is lush with tropical fruit flavors and a hint of minerality. The texture is rich and creamy, thanks to the wild yeast fermentation, and the wine finishes with a crisp acidity. Valdivieso Single Vineyard Wild Fermented Sauvignon Blanc is great for pairing with seafood, chicken, salads, and vegetarian dishes.

About the Winery

Valdivieso

The Valdivieso Winery is the oldest in the areas of Chile and South America. It was set up in 1879 when Alberto Valdivieso started the company named Champagne Valdivieso. This company went on to become the first producer of sparkling wines in Chile and South America. So, it is not surprising to note that every bottle of wine that is produced in this refinery speaks of the rich and wide heritage of this place.
