This wine is made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 15% Merlot, which create a palate of dark fruit flavors like plum and blackberry. The grapes are handpicked and fermented for 7 days before aging in French oak barrels for 6 months. This process gives the wine a soft and elegant texture with a hint of vanilla and oak. The wine is dark ruby red in color with a full-body, making it a perfect match for rich and hearty meals like beef stews, grilled steaks, or game meat.
