Product Notes

Vina Montes Outer Limits Zapallar Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine with a fresh, zesty, and unique taste. This wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which is famous for producing crisp, fruity, and acidic wines. The grapes from Zapallar's vineyards, located near the Pacific Ocean, are harvested by hand and gently pressed to extract the juice. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine's natural aromas and flavours. The end result is a wine with a straw yellow colour and fruity aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and lime. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with notes of citrus and a mineral finish. It pairs perfectly with seafood, sushi, and green salads.
