Tasting Note

Its translucent golden topaz yellow colour introduces a sweet bouquet of aromas, a mixture of candied fruit and quince fruit, honey, saltish and iodate notes, loquat, but there is also a touch of spiciness, a breath of pepper, sultanas and liquorice root. It has a complex but complete taste, which perfectly holds back the high alcoholic content thanks to its well-defined flavour, great sapidity and wonderful freshness. Not excessively sweet and with an intense persistence which leads to a lovely long almond finish.

Product Notes

Sartarelli Passito Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC is a luxurious Italian wine renowned for its intense aromas and complex flavors. Made from handpicked Verdicchio grapes that have been left to dry on the vine, this passito-style wine boasts a rich golden hue and a luscious, velvety texture. On the nose, expect enticing notes of ripe apricots, honeyed almonds, and delicate floral undertones. The palate is equally impressive, with layers of tropical fruit, toasted nuts, and sweet spices mingling harmoniously. With a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, Sartarelli Passito Verdicchio is a true indulgence for any wine enthusiast.
