COS Pithos Rosso DOC is a unique and complex red wine that embodies the soul of Sicily. Made from a blend of local grapes Nero d'Avola and Frappato, it is produced by the COS winery, known for their biodynamic and natural winemaking practices. The wine is fermented in clay amphorae known as "pithos" which lends a distinctive earthy character to its flavor profile. Aromas of red fruit and spices lead to a full-bodied palate with soft tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
