Tasting Note

The Viognier provides exotic aromatics of apricot, musk and jasmine and a luscious texture. Marsanne provides gentle honeysuckle flavours as well as structure and tension to balance the fullness of the Viognier.

Product Notes

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels Marsanne/Viognier is a unique blend of two classic white wine grape varieties that complement each other beautifully. The Marsanne contributes body and texture to the wine, while the Viognier adds floral and stone fruit aromas. This wine is produced in the world-renowned Gimblett Gravels subregion of Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, which is known for its outstanding wines due to the unique soils and climate. The resulting wine has a complex and nuanced flavor profile with notes of ripe peach, honey, and a hint of spice. Enjoy this wine on its own or pair it with seafood, chicken, or creamy pasta dishes.
