Tasting Note

On the nose, this wine shows notes of black cherry and pomegranate, complemented by an earthy blend of truffle, wet forest floor, and baking spices. On the palate, the fruit remains the same, but is joined by fresh raspberry, as well as cedar and dry leaf

About the Winery

Sokol Blosser

In the year 1971 Bill Blosser and Susan Sokol Blosser planted their first vines in a high potential area in Oregon. Until then, Oregon didn’t have any wine brand to boast about. Today, the first vines that the Blossers planted have grown into a big Sokol Blosser brand, which has also become of the face of the Oregon wine industry.
