Product Notes

Castello della Sala Bramìto della Sala IGT is a popular white wine produced by the famous Italian winery Antinori, situated in the Umbria region. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is aged for six months on lees in oak barrels. It has a bright yellow color with golden reflections and aromas of peach, pear, and tropical fruits with hints of vanilla and toasted almonds. On the palate, the wine is rich, full-bodied, and creamy with flavors of lemon, pineapple, and vanilla. The wine has a long finish with a subtle hint of minerality. Castello della Sala Bramìto della Sala IGT pairs well with seafood, white meat, and hard cheeses. It is best served chilled at a temperature of 10-12 degrees Celsius.

About the Winery

Castello della Sala

Located at about 18km from the heritage-rich place Orvieto in Umbria, the Castello della Sala wine estate is a beautiful castle, whose history dates back to as early as 1350. This castle is situated on a whopping 1000+acres of land, out of which 42o acres are under vine. These vineyards are located at a very short distance from Tuscany. They are beautifully sandwiched between the Paglia River and the Monte Nibbio Summit, which add to the flavour of the fruits grown here.
