Product Notes

Domaine Lafage Novellum Chardonnay is a premium French white wine that captures the essence of the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Crisp and refreshing, this Chardonnay boasts a beautiful golden hue and aromas of ripe pear, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, flavors of green apple, pineapple, and vanilla are balanced by a touch of oak and bright acidity. The wine's luxurious mouthfeel and long, lingering finish make it a perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, from seafood and poultry to creamy pastas and soft cheeses. Domaine Lafage Novellum Chardonnay is a true expression of elegance and craftsmanship.

About the Winery

Domaine Lafage

Located in Perpignan, France, the Domaine Lafage Wine brand was set up by Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage. Their premium wines are made from grapes cultivated across 160 hectares of vineyards located near the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains. The warm, dry climate of these vineyards plays a very important role in the full-flavoured quality of the grapes. The climate, soil quality and the passion of the passion of the farmers make this region a haven for growing grape varietals such as Chardonnay, Grenache, Rousanne, Marsanne, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan.
