Tasting Note

Ruby red with attractive youth, clear and medium-high tones. Very intense nose with an initial spicy touch that leads to blackberry and currant fruit and final evolution towards balsamic aromas such as aniseed, mint and licorice. The palate has good tannins for conservation and is broad and vinous, with an after taste of ripe fruit and cocoa tones

Product Notes

C.V.N.E Contino Viña del Olivo is a remarkable red wine that comes from the Rioja region in Spain. It is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes that are grown in the Contino estate vineyard. The wine boasts an intense ruby-red color and a complex aroma of ripe fruit, spices, and toasty notes from the oak barrels in which it is aged. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and vanilla. C.V.N.E Contino Viña del Olivo is a perfect wine for pairing with meat and game dishes, as well as mature cheeses.
