Tasting Notes

COLOR - Deep ruby red, dark heart. AROMA - Intense with ripe red fruit, cherries macerated in alcohol and violets. The finish is reminiscent of the kitchen dresser with hints of woodland. TASTING PROFILE - Dry, strong cherry overtones and poised tannins. The finish has a lovely acidity and sage nuances that bestows freshness and persistence. FULL TASTING NOTES - Enjoyable, harmonious and distinctive. The wine pairs well with all Italian food.
