Tasting Note

This wine is light gold in colour. The nose is complex and pure, with aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches. Full-bodied, with fresh acidity, the palate is well balanced. The lingering finish has a pleasant pepperiness to it.

Product Notes

As one of the most prestigious white wines of Bordeaux, the Chateau de Fontenille Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc is a beautifully crafted blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle varietals. Ideal for pairing with seafood or light poultry dishes, this fragrant wine is known for its crisp, refreshing taste and complex aromas of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit. The region's unique soil adds to the wine's distinctive character, giving it a balanced acidity and smooth finish. Hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected to produce this wine that is aged for eight months in stainless steel tanks, to preserve its pure fruit flavors and natural freshness.
