Tasting Note

EYE Very pale and shiny with green tints. The effervescence is lighter than in the other Champagnes thanks to a less powerful bottle fermentation. NOSE First aromas are citrus – lime and grapefruit – followed by white flowers. While opening in the glass, a touch of almond and toast appears. PALATE The entry is lively leading to a complex combination of citrus and white flowers. The effervescence is extremely fine, silky and creamy. The finish is fresh and long.

Product Notes

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a stunning champagne made from 100% Chardonnay. It is produced in the Grand Cru villages of Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Chouilly in the Cote des Blancs region of France. The aroma of this wine is complex and fresh with notes of almonds, brioche, and citrus. The palate is smooth and elegant with a bright acidity and flavors of white flowers, lemon, and apple. The champagne is aged for a minimum of four years in the cellar to achieve a perfect balance of fruit and minerality. This limited edition vintage champagne is perfect for a special occasion or a luxurious treat.
