This ruby-red Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard located in the Awatere Valley of Marlborough, which is known to produce some of the world's best Pinot Noir grapes. The wine is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, leading to a complex bouquet of dark cherries, berries, and spices. The palate carries a smooth texture of plum, black cherry, and a hint of herbs. It finishes with a lingering taste of soft tannins and fruity acidity. This elegant, medium-bodied wine pairs well with roasted meats and salmon dishes, making it the perfect choice for a special occasion.
