Product Notes

Château Minuty Rosé et Or Côtes de Provence is a delightful and refreshing wine that can only be described as an ode to the Mediterranean way of life. Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes sourced from the heart of Provence, this vintage boasts a pale pink hue that glistens in the sun. The nose is aromatic with delicate notes of peach, apricot and citrus, while the palate is crisp, lively and well-balanced. The wine's finish is long and refreshing, making it the perfect aperitif or companion for light dishes such as grilled shrimp, fresh salads and charcuterie platters. Château Minuty Rosé et Or Côtes de Provence is a wine that will transport you straight to the azure waters of the Mediterranean.

About the Winery

Château Minuty

Located in the scenic Saint Tropez Peninsula in the Provencal village of Gassin, the Chateau Minuty is a classic, family-owned wine estate that has been making exceptional wines for the last 80 years. The Mattan-Farnet Family established this estate in 1936. In a few years, Gabriel Farnet replanted the entire estate and resorted Chateau Minuty to its original glory, as this was quite a celebrated place under Napoleon III’s rule.
