Sourced exclusively from a single vineyard block, this wine showcases intense flavors of ripe tropical fruits, balanced by a zesty acidity that lingers on the palate. The nose offers a hint of freshly cut grass followed by a medley of citrus fruits. On the palate, subtle minerality and a crisp finish amplify the overall complexity and depth of this wine. Best served chilled, this delicious Sauvignon Blanc pairs exceptionally well with oysters, grilled white fish and delicate salads.
