Product Notes

Barbadillo Pedro Ximénez is a sweet sherry produced by the Spanish winery Barbadillo. Made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes, it is a blend of wines aged for over 10 years using the solera system. It has a dark amber color and is incredibly sweet, with flavors of raisins, prunes, dates, and caramel. The mouthfeel is smooth and velvety, with a long and lingering finish. This sherry is perfect as a dessert wine or to accompany rich, chocolatey desserts. It also pairs well with blue cheese and foie gras. This luxurious wine is a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.
