Tasting Note

Amazing colour – purple and very youthful. Bursting with dark and red fruits characters on the nose, and plums and blackberries, too. Hints of bramble. Soft juicy palate. Eminently drinkable, or ‘smashable’ as the young folk say.

Product Notes

Battle of Bosworth Puritan Shiraz is a luxurious red wine that hails from the McLaren Vale region of South Australia. Made with 100% Shiraz grapes, this wine is a bold and full-bodied representation of the land it comes from. The nose is rich with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and hints of dark chocolate. The palate is packed with dark fruit flavors, such as blackberry, plum, and blackcurrant, along with subtle hints of spice and earthiness. Silky-smooth tannins and a long, lingering finish make for a truly memorable tasting experience. Battle of Bosworth Puritan Shiraz is an excellent choice for those who appreciate a well-balanced, intense red wine.

About the Winery

Battle of Bosworth

Battle of Bosworth is a family-owned wine brand based out of one of the premium wine-growing regions in Australia, McLaren Vale. The grapes for these wines are sourced from the group’s own vineyards. The first vineyard for the Battle of Bosworth wines was established in McLaren Vale during as early as the 1840s. Joch Bosworth, who has created this label with the aim to take a legacy forward, reached a new milestone in his career in 1995, when he made the transition to organic viticultural practices.
