Tasting Note

A bright golden color. A plenty of heady aromas consisting of pear, melon, lime, quince, elderberry, peach and honey enchant from the start. The taste is dense and rounded, formed by silky tannins. Creaminess, oiliness and freshness are found on the palate. Enduring flavours such as grapefruit and chamomile finish this exceptional wine.

Product Notes

Bessa Valley Enira White wine is a delightful and refreshing blend that embodies the essence of the Bulgarian terroir. Made from a harmonious combination of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Viognier grapes, this wine boasts a unique flavor profile with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and delicate floral aromas. The vineyards of Bessa Valley are situated in the picturesque foothills of the Rhodope Mountains, where the vines benefit from the ideal climate and soil conditions to produce high-quality grapes. This results in a well-balanced and elegant white wine that is perfect for any occasion, whether enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of dishes. Bessa Valley Enira White wine is a true representation of the beauty and diversity of Bulgarian winemaking.

About the Winery

Bessa Valley

Bessa Valley Winery, located near the town of Pazardzhik in southern Bulgaria, is one of the country’s most prestigious modern estates. The winery was founded in 2001 through a partnership between Count Stephan von Neipperg, a renowned Bordeaux producer who owns Château Canon La Gaffelière in Saint-Émilion, and Bulgarian entrepreneur Dr. Karl Hauptmann. Their shared vision was to revive Bulgaria’s ancient winemaking traditions while introducing world-class viticulture and French expertise.
