Made from carefully selected Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes, the wine undergoes a long ageing process in oak barrels and in bottle, making it a true expression of the region's traditional winemaking techniques. Aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla and spices are matched by a full-bodied and velvety texture, with a long and persistent finish. The wine's impeccable balance and complexity make it a perfect pairing for hearty meats and game dishes, as well as mature cheeses.

Bodegas Valdemar serves as one of the most renowned wine estates and cellars in the Oyón town in the province of Alava in Spain. The origin of the winery dates back to 1889, accumulating over 130 years of rich history.
