Tasting Note

Bright ruby. Expressive aromas of redcurrant, cherry and liquorice. It’s a quintessential modern Rioja with rich, plush blueberry and blackberry flavours, chalky acidity, stylish oak and violet aromas. Long and well balanced.

Product Notes

Sierra Cantabria Rioja Reserva Unica is a rich, full-bodied red wine from the famous Rioja region in Spain. It is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, which are carefully selected from the vineyards located in the foothills of the Sierra Cantabria mountain range. The wine has been aged for a minimum of 24 months in oak barrels, followed by another year of bottle aging, resulting in a deep ruby-red color and complex aromas and flavors of black cherry, vanilla, and tobacco. This wine has a smooth, silky texture and a long, lingering finish, making it a great pairing for grilled meats or hearty stews.
