Product Notes

Ca' dei Frati I Frati Lugana is a fabulous Italian white wine that is produced in the Lugana region of Italy. It is made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes that are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. This wine has an intense straw-yellow color and a complex bouquet that ranges from floral notes to citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a dry finish. It is an excellent choice to pair with seafood, grilled vegetables, or light pasta dishes. This wine embodies the passion and dedication to the craft of winemaking that has made Ca' dei Frati one of the top producers in Italy.

About the Winery

Ca' dei Frati

Though a mention of the Ca Dei Frati community can be traced back to as early as 1782, the wine label was officially established during 1939. It was during this time that Felice Dal Cero shifted to a cellar in Lugana found in the district of Sirmione in Italy. His son Pietro took the legacy forward in 1969 when he created the first wine under the Casa Dei Frati label, later renamed as Ca dei Frati. Today this label is managed by his wife and children very efficiently.
