Product Notes

Château Haut-Beauséjour is a sophisticated wine estate situated in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, France. Boasting 26 hectares of vines, the vineyard is planted with mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (32%), and a small proportion of Cabernet Franc (8%). The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure high quality fruit. The wine produced is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then further matured for 6 months in bottle before release. The wine exhibits deep, rich and complex aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and vanilla with a structured and firm tannic structure. It pairs perfectly with roasted meats, game, and strong cheeses.
