Product Notes

Cruse Wine Co. Sparkling Rancho Chimiles Valdiguié Pétillant Naturel is an exciting new addition to the world of natural wines. Produced by Michael Cruse, a well-known winemaker and advocate of natural wine-making techniques, this sparkling wine is made using the ancient Valdiguié grape variety, grown in the Rancho Chimiles vineyard located in the Mendocino County region of California. This Pétillant Naturel or "pet-nat" is unfiltered, unfined, and bottled with natural yeasts, resulting in a funky, earthy, and complex wine. It has a beautiful pinkish hue and delicate bubbles, with notes of strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of citrus. The perfect wine for those who love natural, organic, and sustainable wines that are full of character and flavor.
