Tasting Note

Enticing aromas of Turkish delight, chocolate, red and black cherries, vanilla and red plum. These follow through to the palate with an added hint of butterscotch and smooth, supple tannins. Perfectly balanced, this wine will tickle your taste buds and reward with its structure and length of flavour.

Product Notes

Darling Cellars Chocoholic Pinotage is a luscious and indulgent wine that combines the best of two worlds: wine and chocolate. This unique South African red offers a rich and deep ruby colour, inviting you to explore its captivating aromas of ripe blackberries and cherries, intricately intertwined with hints of decadent dark chocolate. On the palate, velvety smooth tannins embrace the taste buds, while the wine's medium body effortlessly balances the fruity sweetness and the seductive cocoa undertones. A great companion for chocolate lovers, this Pinotage is also an excellent pairing with red meat, making it a delightful and versatile choice for any occasion.
