Pale with a green edge. Gentle restrained nose with lifted florals, citrus and brioche. Fine, tightly woven texture, a touch savoury, nutty flavours, noticeable energy and soft acidity.

De Bortoli Single Vineyard Section A5 Chardonnay is a premium white wine with a distinct character and complexity that showcases the fruit quality of a single vineyard site in the Yarra Valley. The wine has a bright golden yellow color and a very refined and elegant nose, with aromas of stone fruits and citrus, balanced by hints of soft vanilla bean, subtle buttery notes, and a hint of spicy oak. On the palate, the wine has a well-structured mouthfeel and a beautiful harmony of fruit and oak flavors, leading to a long and lingering finish. De Bortoli Single Vineyard Section A5 Chardonnay is a great wine to pair with creamy pasta dishes, roasted chicken or seafood such as grilled prawns or scallops.
