Tasting Note

This Riesling is a bright, pale straw colour with tinges of green. The nose is fresh and appealing with splashes of freshly squeezed lime juice and lemon blossom. On the palate this wine is vibrant, crisp and appealing with loads of zesty citrus. The palate is long and defined running straight down the centre of the tongue to a finish that sings with crisp acidity.

Product Notes

Devil's Corner Riesling is a refreshing and crisp white wine from Tasmania, Australia. With a pale yellow-green color, this wine has aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and hints of floral notes. On the palate, it is light and vibrant with flavors of lime, lemon zest, and a touch of minerality. The acidity is well-balanced, giving the wine a zesty and refreshing finish. This Riesling pairs well with seafood dishes, particularly oysters and shellfish, as well as salads and spicy Asian cuisine. Overall, Devil's Corner Riesling is a deliciously approachable wine that boasts a true expression of its Tasmanian terroir.

About the Winery

Devil's Corner

Devil’s Corner is named after the treacherous bend in the waters. The wines created here are bold and fearless. The company is in Tasmania where an adventurous spirit exists without fighting the elements. This is an area where you must learn to work with nature for the best results. Because of the weather, the results are bolder, brighter and fresher. The east coast sea breeze, the water, and the soil make this one of the most outstanding wine making regions.
