Product Notes

Located in the heart of the Saint-Véran appellation in southern Burgundy, Domaine de la Croix Senaillet is a family-owned winery that produces delicious and complex Chardonnay wines. Established in 1969 by André and Micheline Paquet, the estate now stretches over 40 hectares and is run by their children, Denise, Yves and Rémi. They produce a range of different wines, including crisp and fruity Saint-Véran, as well as several single-vineyard offerings that showcase the unique terroir of the region. The winery places a strong emphasis on sustainable viticulture practices and uses minimal intervention in the winemaking process to allow the natural flavors of the grapes to shine through.
