Tasting Note
A lively and persistent mousse preludes a complex bouquet with elderflower and tropical fruit notes enhanced by flint, incense and Mediterranean herbs. Elegant and textured with beautiful balance. Bellavista Franciacorta Brut Vintage is a sparkling wine that emanates from the hilly countryside of Italy's Lombardy region. The wine is made using a blend of high quality Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes, and is fermented and aged in the bottle using traditional metodo classico techniques. This process gives rise to a wine that is crisp and refreshing, with delicate aromas of pear, honey and baked bread. On the palate, it is dry and lemony, with hints of ripe peaches and apricots. Its wonderful acidity and fine bubbles make it an ideal companion for aperitifs, seafood, and fish-based dishes. Bellavista Franciacorta Brut Vintage is an excellent example of Italian sparkling wine at its finest.
