Tasting Note

In the glass, a pale salmon colour with a magenta hue. On the nose, hints of esh cream and biscuit and punctuated by savoury notes of strawberry pastry and raspberry ganache. On the palate, suggestions of poached apricot, toasted brioche, spun honey and crème de cassis lead a vibrating finish. A very vinous rosé with drive and length.

Product Notes

Benjamin Bridge Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine that offers a delicate balance between fruitiness and acidity. It is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes that are carefully selected from the Benjamin Bridge vineyards. The wine is fermented in the bottle using the traditional method creating a fine and persistent bead that releases vibrant aromas of wild strawberries, honeydew melon and citrus zest. The palate is refreshing and complex with a creamy texture that complements the crisp notes of red berries and green apple. This Brut Rosé is an elegant wine that is perfect for celebrations and paired with light dishes.
