Tasting Note

Vijariego Blanco from Bodegas Tamerán is elegant and expressive, with lifted aromas of lime blossom, green apple, and crushed herbs. On the palate, it reveals a tropical core, packed with lychee, red apple, and grapefruit, supported by a fine mineral edge and vibrant acidity. The wine’s textural depth makes it an ideal match for East Asian cuisine, offering a distinctive balance of freshness, fruit, and finesse.

Product Notes

Bodega Tamerán Gran Canaria Vijariego Blanco is a unique and flavorful white wine that captures the essence of the Canary Islands. Made from the indigenous Vijariego Blanco grape, this wine showcases vibrant notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and a hint of minerality. The vineyards are located in the volcanic soils of Gran Canaria, which impart a distinct terroir that shines through in every sip. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and crisp character. With a bright acidity and long, refreshing finish, Bodega Tamerán Gran Canaria Vijariego Blanco is a perfect match for seafood dishes or simply enjoyed on its own.
