Tasting Note

Notes of black cherry, rose petal, and wild oregano. Fresh, direct, and fleshy with energetic tannins. A fine, savoury texture with a delicate balance of fruit and floral character.

Product Notes

Bodegas Frontonio Telescópico is a unique and innovative wine that pushes the boundaries of traditional winemaking. This Spanish red blend is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from old vineyards in the Aragon region. The name "Telescópico" refers to the telescoping process used during fermentation, where the wine is transferred to different containers to enhance its complexity and depth. The result is a rich and full-bodied wine with notes of dark fruits, spices, and a hint of earthiness. Bodegas Frontonio Telescópico is a truly exceptional wine that showcases the talents of its talented winemakers.

About the Winery

Bodegas Frontonio

Bodegas Frontonio is a boutique winery in Aragón, Spain, founded in 2008 by three friends: Fernando Mora MW, winemaker Mario López, and lawyer Francisco Latasa. Named after Saint Frontonio, the patron saint of Zaragoza, the project was born from a shared dream to rescue abandoned vineyards and showcase the hidden potential of the Valdejalón region.
