Product Notes

Cerbaiona Rosso di Montalcino is a ruby red wine with a fragrance of ripe dark berries, dried flowers, and spices. The flavor is dry, full-bodied, and has velvety tannins with a well-balanced palate of blackcurrant, red plum, and cherry. It is made entirely from the Sangiovese grape variety, grown in the Tuscan region of Montalcino. The wine is fermented in steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. This wine is a fantastic alternative to more expensive Brunello di Montalcino, and it is best paired with red meat, pasta dishes, and aged cheese. Cerbaiona Rosso di Montalcino is an excellent choice for those who want to experience the authentic taste of Montalcino without breaking the bank.

About the Winery

However, with the introduction of the Brunello DOCG, it started gaining even more attention and interest from people all across the globe. The winery attained cult status, attracting global connoisseurs and collectors.
