Product Notes

Château Gassier Esprit de Gassier Côtes de Provence Rosé embodies the perfect balance between the freshness of a white and the complexity of a red wine. It is a beautiful pale salmon color, with aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, and a hint of minerality. The palate is lively with crisp acidity and full of juicy flavors of strawberries, raspberries, and grapefruit. This rosé is made by the renowned Château Gassier, located in the heart of Côtes de Provence, where the cool Mistral wind from the Mediterranean sea ensures a long growing season, resulting in high-quality grapes. This wine is a perfect choice for a summer day, picnics, barbecues, and light salads.
