Tasting Note

This wine is pale yellow in colour with youthful hues. On the nose, it has fresh citrus fruit and orange blossom aromas. The concentrated fruit flavours are vibrant and lively on the palate, and the finish is crisp and fruity.

Product Notes

Chateau Los Boldos Tradition Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and elegant white wine that is crafted from the finest grapes handpicked from the Chilean vineyards. The wine pours a vibrant pale-yellow colour and has a bouquet of intense aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and herbs. On the palate, the wine displays a crisp and zesty citrus flavour with a lively acidity and a long-lasting finish. The complexity of the flavours and aromas is achieved through careful blending of the best quality grapes, aging in stainless steel tanks, and fermentation at controlled temperatures. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs excellently with seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes.
