Product Notes
Domaine de la Bégude Bandol Rouge is a rich and intense red wine that comes from the hilly vineyards of the Bandol region in southern France. The wine is made from a blend of mostly Mourvèdre grapes, with some Grenache and Cinsault. It has a deep ruby color and complex aromas of blackberry, black cherry, leather, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with firm tannins and flavors of dark fruit, herbs, and earth. The wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels, which gives it a subtle smokiness and a long, savory finish. This wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats, stews, and hearty dishes.
