Tasting Note

Golden in colour, the complexity of its aromas is reminiscent of ripe golden apple, breadcrumbs and lemon. It has a long finish with a hint of minerality. It is a fresh and powerful brut nature, which goes very well with meat, fish and grilled vegetables.

Product Notes

Gramona Innoble is a luxurious and elegant Spanish wine that exudes sophistication and complexity. Produced by the prestigious Gramona winery in the Penedes region of Catalonia, this wine is a blend of traditional grape varieties such as Xarel.lo, Macabeo, and Chardonnay. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a rigorous process of skin maceration to extract maximum flavor and aromas. The result is a bright, golden-hued wine with intense notes of citrus, white flowers, and toasted almonds. On the palate, it is rich and structured, with a balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish. Gramona Innoble is a true expression of the winery's dedication to quality and excellence.

About the Winery

Gramona

Gramona is one of Spain’s most respected sparkling wine producers, located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the heart of Catalonia’s Penedès region, just south of Barcelona. Family-owned since the mid-19th century, the estate traces its roots to Josep Batlle, with the Gramona name established in the early 20th century through the union of the Batlle and Gramona families. Today, the fifth generation—Jaume and Xavier Gramona—leads the winery, with the next generation now actively involved in shaping its future.
