Tasting Note

Golden in colour, the aromas are reminiscent of white fruit and camomile flowers. The ageing notes are very evident and show brioche, breadcrumbs and dried apricots. It is a fully gastronomic wine, structured, with a vibrant freshness and a roundness full of character.

Product Notes

Gramona Lustros Brut Nature is a highly acclaimed Spanish sparkling wine renowned for its elegance and finesse. Made using the traditional method of Champagne production, it is aged for a minimum of 48 months on its lees, resulting in a complex and vibrant character. The wine displays a pale straw color with fine bubbles and delicate aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and brioche. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with notes of green apple, toasted almonds, and a subtle minerality. The finish is long and balanced, making it an ideal choice for special occasions or simply to elevate any meal.

About the Winery

Gramona

Gramona is one of Spain’s most respected sparkling wine producers, located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the heart of Catalonia’s Penedès region, just south of Barcelona. Family-owned since the mid-19th century, the estate traces its roots to Josep Batlle, with the Gramona name established in the early 20th century through the union of the Batlle and Gramona families. Today, the fifth generation—Jaume and Xavier Gramona—leads the winery, with the next generation now actively involved in shaping its future.
