Product Notes

Hay Shed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and powerful Australian wine that exudes class and elegance. The wine has a deep garnet color with a complex bouquet of dark cherry, cassis, vanilla, and a hint of spice. On the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and robust with structured tannins and a long, persistent finish. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 15 months, which imparts additional complexity, depth, and character. It pairs well with hearty meat dishes, roasted vegetables, and aged cheese. Hay Shed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is a true representation of the Margaret River’s reputation as one of the world’s premier wine regions.

About the Winery

Hay Shed Hill

The Western Australian wine label of Hay Shed Hill is located in Wilyabrup, found inside the Margaret River wine region. The vineyard is situated on a property that was originally a place where the soldiers who returned from the First World War got settled with their families. Here, vines were first planted during the early 1970s.
