Inniskillin Niagara Riesling Icewine is a sweet and rich dessert wine made from frozen grapes grown in the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario, Canada. This high-quality wine is created using the traditional methods of icewine production, allowing the grapes to freeze on the vine before being hand-harvested and pressed to extract their concentrated juice. The result is a luscious and intensely flavored dessert wine with aromas of honey, apricot, and peach that are balanced by a refreshing acidity. On the palate, it is sweet and viscous with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of spice. About the Winery

Inniskillin

It was in the year 1974 that Donald Ziraldo planted the first vines of Riesling, Chardonnay and Gamay in the Okanagan Estate Winery. This vineyard, spread across 30 acres, was later acquired by Albrecht Seeger in 1978 and has been managed by his family since then.
