Delicious aromas of citrus fruits, candied lime, lychee and a touch of spice and vanilla. A medium bodied yet refreshing wine with a long, creamy finish.

Product Notes

Kyperounda Winery Petritis wine is a prestigious and sophisticated offering from the renowned winery located in the picturesque Troodos Mountains of Cyprus. This exquisite wine is made from the indigenous grape variety, Xynisteri, known for its crisp acidity and vibrant citrus flavors. The grapes are handpicked from the high-altitude vineyards, resulting in a unique terroir-driven character that is truly distinctive. Petritis is aged in French oak barrels, adding layers of complexity with notes of vanilla and toasted oak. This elegant white wine is a true expression of Cyprus' winemaking heritage and is perfect for any special occasion.

About the Winery

Kyperounda Winery

Kyperounda Winery is one of Cyprus’s most distinctive and high-altitude wineries, located in the village of Kyperounda in the Pitsilia region of the Troodos Mountains. Situated around 1,200 metres above sea level, it is recognised as Europe’s highest winery and one of the highest in the world. The elevated vineyards benefit from cooler temperatures and slow grape ripening, helping produce wines with freshness, concentration and distinctive character.
