Hand-picked and gently pressed, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks before undergoing a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Litmus Wines was a company established in the year 2008 by three friends, John Worontschak, Mike Florence and Mathieu Elzinga. The company is located in Dorking’s Denbies Wine Estate in the county of Surrey. All three of them had a lot of interest and passion for winemaking. Litmus Wines was founded to give wings to their dreams of running a successful wine business.
