Product Notes

Lyme Bay Brut Reserve Sparkling is a delightful wine with a pale straw color and gentle effervescence. Its well-balanced acidity and complex aromas of fruit and floral notes create a rich, elegant flavor that delivers from the first sip to the very last drop. The wine is made using the traditional méthode champenoise, with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, giving it a unique character and a hint of sweetness. It is perfect for celebrating special occasions and can be paired with a variety of food, including seafood, roasted poultry, and salads. Overall, Lyme Bay Brut Reserve Sparkling is a top-quality wine that will elevate any dining experience.

Tasting Notes

Brut Reserve English sparkling wine is a fruit-driven sparkling wine that displays refreshing lemon and green apple notes, with a vibrant and creamy mousse finish. This fresh and fruity sparkler is a perfect drink for that special occasion, and pairs beautifully with quality fresh Seafood for which the South West is so famous.

About the Winery

Lyme Bay

Devon’s Lyme Bay Winery like to do things a little differently.

Since 2015 they’ve been working with some of the best English wine growers to create a selection of delicious and award-winning still and sparkling wines.

They are one of a very few UK wineries that work with growers all over the country to get the best fruit rather than owning their own vineyards. This gives the winemakers access to different grape varieties that grow better on different soils, and in different microclimates across the country, that they can use them to make exceptional, full of character still and sparkling wines that suit every palate and occasion.
