Product Notes

Mazzei - Castello di Fonterutoli Siepi Toscana is a premium red blend from Tuscany, Italy. It is made from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, grown in the Fonterutoli vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, which gives it a soft and velvety texture. The nose is full of dark fruit and spice aromas, while the palate is characterized by notes of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and coffee. This is a complex and elegant wine that pairs perfectly with hearty Italian dishes, aged cheeses, or grilled red meats.
