Tasting Note

A lovely freshness and balance in this wine. Hints of white flowers and honey found both on the nose and in the mouth. Finally in the mouth, a saline mineral taste.

Product Notes

Montirius Minéral is an outstanding white wine that comes from the Rhône Valley in France. It is made from the blend of three grape varieties that are dominant in the region: Roussanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. The wine boasts a pale, golden color that catches the eye and a lively bouquet that captures the senses. At first sip, this wine reveals citrus, honey, and floral notes followed by a refreshing finish that leaves a mineral taste in the mouth. With its beautiful balance of acidity and fruitiness, Montirius Minéral is a perfect accompaniment for shellfish, seafood, grilled vegetables, and poultry.
